Roger brings over two decades of experience across military service, defense, and global commerce — in systems engineering, program management, and international operations. His approach to AI automation is forged from the Marine Corps Planning Process and rigorous Systems Engineering.
Roger served as the Marine Corps’ first Information Management Officer, authoring doctrine subsequently adopted across all major Marine commands. He led a 230-person technology engineering organization before joining Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works, where he directed systems engineering teams on multi-million dollar programs.
